Can I make changes to an order?

We understand you may experience a change in circumstances between the time a pre-order is placed and the estimated shipping date. Some changes can be made through your Hasbro Pulse account, such as updating your shipping address, changing your payment method, or removing items from your order.

Please note that we are unable to combine orders, add items to an existing order, or process address changes between different countries.
