Note: If you need to update or change the payment method on multiple preorders, you will need to follow the steps below on each order.
From the Hasbro Pulse web site:
- Log into your account and locate the preorder in question from the "My Account" section of HasbroPulse.com
- After opening the preorder, click the link that reads "Select All" or check the box the the left of the product that needs to be updated
- Click the link that reads "Edit Payment Details" to edit or change the payment method
From the Hasbro Pulse app:
- Log into your account and locate the preorder in question in the "Orders" section of the app
- After locating the preorder, click the "View Order" link
- Check the box to the left of the product name and then click the "Edit Payment Details" link
- Enter the new or updated payment method and click the "Submit" link
