How does shipping work for HASLAB Crowdfunded orders?

Shipping estimates vary by project and are provided on the HASLAB campaign product page. If there is a change to the shipping window, we will notify backers via email. As the shipping window approaches, we will send an email to backers with the final date to submit any shipping information changes. After the final date for changes, labels are created for the shipments and we will not be able to process any further changes.

We are currently shipping to all U.S. States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Additional shipping restrictions will be noted on the campaign product page if applicable. Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or any other country at this time.

Standard shipping and handling to the contiguous United States is included for Pulse Premium members. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout for non-Pulse Premium members. Check the specific HASLAB campaign product page for details. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for non-contiguous United States and Canada calculated at the time of shipment. No P.O. Boxes. 

All HASLAB crowdfunded orders do not ship on the same day and the carrier will pick up the orders in batches. You may receive an update directly from the carrier with your tracking number, but won't see any scans in the tracking history until they have actually picked up the order from our warehouse. We will send a separate shipment confirmation email once the carrier has picked your order up and the tracking number is updated. Please be advised that it is common for delivery estimates to change over the course of fulfillment for HASLAB crowdfunded orders. Once you receive your shipment notification email, please allow 7-10 business days from the date shipped and a minimum of 4 weeks to APO/FPO addresses for delivery. Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
