Pre-ordered items may be cancelled at any time before payment is captured. There is no fee for any cancellations. In-stock items cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is confirmed at checkout. For HASLAB Crowdfunded order cancellations, click [here] for more information.
Note: All cancellations are final and once an item is removed from an order for any reason, it cannot be restored.
From the Hasbro Pulse website:
1. Log into your account and locate the preorder in question from the "My Account" section of HasbroPulse.com
2. After opening the preorder, click the link that reads "Select All" or check the box(es) to the left of the product(s) that need to be cancelled
3. Click the link that reads "Cancel Item(s)" to cancel the item(s)
A confirmation email will be sent detailing the cancellation.
From the Hasbro Pulse app:
1. Log into your account and locate the preorder in question in the "Orders" section of the app
2. After locating the preorder, click the "View Order" link
3. Check the box(es) to the left of the product name(s) and then click the "Cancel Item(s)" link
A confirmation email will be sent detailing the cancellation.
