Cancel an order

Cancellation Eligibility

Pre-ordered items may be cancelled through your account while the “Cancel this item” option appears in your order details. The cancellation option is removed once the order is released for shipment preparation. After that, the item is no longer eligible for cancellation.
In-stock items may be cancelled within 60 minutes of order confirmation at checkout. After this window, items may already be prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled.
If you placed a guest order, you’ll need to create an account or contact Pulse Customer Service to cancel it.
Please Note: All cancellations are final and once an item is removed from an order for any reason, it cannot be restored.

HasLab crowdfunded orders may be cancelled at any time before the campaign ends by following the steps below.
Once the campaign has ended, you may request a cancellation within 15 days by contacting customer service.
Please Note: All HasLab cancellations are final. Once a HasLab crowdfunded order is cancelled for any reason, it cannot be restored.

There is no fee for any cancellation.

Pre-Orders, In-Stock Items, and HasLab Orders (During Eligibility Period)

Log into your account and navigate to Order History under My Account.
Locate the order you wish to cancel and select View Details.
If eligible, cancellation options (such as Cancel Order or Cancel Open Items) will appear on the screen. Cancellation options may not be visible if the item is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Select the applicable cancellation option and confirm your selection.

All cancellations are final
Self-service cancellations do not generate a confirmation email. Once cancelled, the order status will update to “Cancelled” in your Order History, and a cancellation confirmation message will appear in the order details.
Once an item is removed from an order for any reason, it cannot be restored.

If cancellation options are not visible, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation
