During the Project Backing Period, HASLAB crowdfunded orders may be cancelled any time by following the steps below. Once the applicable Project Backing Period is completed, you may cancel your order within 15 days from the end of our backing period by contacting the Pulse Customer Service team. Please note all cancellations are final. Once your HASLAB crowdfunded order is cancelled for any reason, it cannot be restored.
During the Project Backing Period, please follow the steps below to cancel your HasLab order:
- Log into your account and locate the HasLab order in question from Order History under the My Account section. Select View Details for the order.
- After viewing the details, you may see cancellation options on the right-hand side of the screen. You may or may not have these options visible depending on the eligibility of the order.
- Select either Cancel Order or Cancel Open Items and confirm your selection(s).
A confirmation email will be sent detailing the cancellation.
