Can I cancel a Made To Order item?

During the preorder window, orders for Made To Order items may be cancelled any time by following the steps below. Once the applicable preorder window is completed, you may cancel your order within 15 days from the end of our preorder window by contacting the Pulse Customer Service team. Please note all cancellations are final. Once your order for a Made To Order item is cancelled for any reason, it cannot be restored.

How to Cancel a Made To Order item (During Eligibility Period) 

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Order History under My Account. 
  2. Locate the order you wish to cancel and select View Details. 
  3. If eligible, cancellation options (such as Cancel Order or Cancel Open Items) will appear on the screen. Cancellation options may not be visible if the item is no longer eligible for cancellation. 
  4. Select the applicable cancellation option and confirm your selection.

Important Notes

  • All cancellations are final 
  • Self-service cancellations do not generate a confirmation email. Once cancelled, the order status will update to “Cancelled” in your Order History, and a cancellation confirmation message will appear in the order details. 
  • Once an item is removed from an order for any reason, it cannot be restored. 
  • If cancellation options are not visible, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Fees 

There is no fee for any cancellation.
