We understand you may experience a change in circumstances between the time a pre-order is placed and the estimated shipping date. Some changes can be made through your Hasbro Pulse account, such as updating your shipping address, changing your payment method, or removing items from your order.
For HASLAB crowdfunded orders that are successfully backed and charged, please contact us at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com for assistance with updating the shipping address. We are also happy to help with changes such as reducing item quantities or updating the contact information on your order. Please note that we are unable to combine orders, add items to an existing order, or process address changes between different countries.
