If your product arrives damaged due to transit, we apologize on behalf of the carrier for the condition in which it was received. We will request photos of the damaged product packaging and shipping carton and will work with you regarding your issue. We must advise while we do our best to package HASLAB crowdfunded products in such a way that the actual figure is suitable for play and display. Unfortunately, the external packaging, and possibly even the internal packaging, could be damaged during the shipping and delivery.
