During the Project Backing Period, HASLAB crowdfunded orders may be cancelled any time by following the steps below. Once the applicable Project Backing Period is completed, you may cancel your order within 30 days from the end of our backing period by contacting the Pulse Customer Service team. Please note all cancellations are final. Once your HASLAB crowdfunded order is cancelled for any reason, it cannot be restored.
During the Project Backing Period, please follow the steps below to cancel your HasLab order:
From the Hasbro Pulse website:
- Log into your account and locate the HasLab order in question from the My Account section of HasbroPulse.com.
- After opening the HasLab order, click the link that reads Select All or check the box(es) to the left of the product(s) that need to be cancelled.
- Click the link that reads Cancel Item(s) to cancel the item(s).
- A confirmation email will be sent detailing the cancellation.
From the Hasbro Pulse app:
- Log into your account and locate the HasLab order in question in the Orders section of the app.
- After locating the HasLab order, click the View Order link.
- Check the box(es) to the left of the product name(s) and then click the Cancel Item(s) link.
- A confirmation email will be sent detailing the cancellation.
